To create an environment within NCBA that further fostered individual members input and involvement the volunteer leaders of NCBA gave the following proposal to the Board of Directors at the 2002 Convention. The following is an overview of the association's governance and policy process and the proposed changes. A driving force behind the change was to make it easier and more inviting for all producers to become engage in the process and lend their concerns and input into the discussion and decisions being made on shaping the industries future. | |
