Airline Discounts
Global Travel is the official travel agency for NCBA and American Airlines is the official carrier offering discounted rates to San Antonio. Take advantage of a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares! Discounted fares available from January 22 to February 2 through Global Travel or directly with American Airlines.

Call American Airlines at 1-800-433-1790 and refer to meeting authorization number: 9210AG. Reservation Center hours are from 6:00 am to 12:00 midnight Monday through Sunday (Central Time);

Purchase your ticket online at www.aa.com, enter the promotion code 9210AG. There are no fees for booking online.

Discounted fares are available up to 3 days before and 3 days after the convention dates. If you purchase your ticket a minimum of 30 days prior to travel, ask about an additional 5% discount off the already discounted fare!

- Call United Airlines at 1-800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Code: 530ZX. Reservation hours are from 8:00am-10:00pm Monday-Friday and 8:00am-8:00pm Saturday and Sunday (Eastern Time);
- Purchase your ticket online at www.united.com, enter your origin and destination, travel dates and click on more search options and enter the promotion code 530ZX(case sensitive, use capital letters), available flights will then be displayed. There are no fees for booking online.

Rental Car Information
AVIS RENT-A-CAR is our official car rental company offering discounted rates available one week before and after the convention dates and FREE UNLIMITED MILEAGE. Call Avis at 1-800-331-1600 and mention the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) Number J992031 to make your reservations online by clicking here.
Airport Ground Transportation
SATRANS Airport Express is the official airport shuttle provider for San Antonio. They have provided NCBA with a special rate for $25.00 round trip or $15.00 one way between San Antonio International Airport and your hotel. The shuttle runs from 7:00 am to 1:30 am daily, and departs from the airport to downtown hotels every 15 minutes. You can make your shuttle reservation online by clicking here or make a reservation in person at the airport with the SATRANS Airport Express representative located in the baggage claim area of Terminals 1 & 2.
Taxicabs are also available for the short ride from the airport to your hotel. From point to point, taxi fares range from $24.00-$26.00 per cab for up to six passengers.
